Burpengary Pony Club have a fantastic Cross Country Course and hold two One Day Events each year, with classes from unofficial 45cm up to 2*.

No rider, including Burpengary Pony Club members, is to use the cross country jumps without first gaining permission and having a qualified instructor to supervise (minimum NCAS Level 1).

Riders or clubs not affiliated with the Burpengary Equestrian Centre, may hold training days or clinics at a cost of $40 per rider. There is a minimum of 10 of riders required to book the course. It is important to note that part of the cross country course, is the paddock for our agisted horses who have right of way and will be in the paddock at the same time.

A safety inspection should be carried out by the instructor for each & every jump prior to schooling over them.  This is up to the instructor to carry out this inspection & if any damage etc is noted, this needs to be communicated back to the Committee via the email address as a matter of urgency.

A copy of a Horse Health Declaration is to be provided each & every time a member comes onto the grounds. There is a slot in the Pony Club office near the covered yards.

Please also note that the cross country course will close at least 2 weeks before a One Day Event in preparation for the up coming competition. It will not be available for hire during this time

For all enquires, please contact admin@burpengaryponyclub.com.au

APPROVED SAFETY VESTS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES ON THE X/C COURSE.
